Black Heart Loa Galley Contest

To celebrate the new look of my site, what better than a contest? For those of you who don’t know, a book galley is a paper bound version of the book (without the regular cover) that goes out to reviewers–an uncorrected ARC (advance review copy).

So if you can’t wait to see what Kallie, Layne, Belladonna, and Dallas have been doing since you last saw them in Black Dust Mambo, now is your chance to get a jump on the books June 28th release. Even if you haven’t read Black Dust Mambo, you should be able to enjoy Black Heart Loa without reading BDM first.

To enter, post a comment about the movie or book or TV show premiere you’re looking forward to this summer.

For extra entries, post a link to this contest on Twitter, Facebook, and/or Goodreads. 2 extra entries for each place you post the contest link. I plan to give 5 signed copies away over the next five weeks. You only need to enter once to be in each of the drawings.

    Oh, gosh. Where should I start? In addition to Black Heart Loa, I’m looing forward to the releases of Magic Slays by Ilona Andrews, One Grave at a Time by Jeanine Frost, and Eye of the Tempest by Nicole Peeler. I’m also looking forward to the new season of True Blood, but I’m becomming addicted to Game of Thrones. Thanks for doing this!

    There are a lot of Summer releases that I’m looking forward to, but a few of the favorites would have to be: The return of True Blood on HBO, Fast Five and Pirates of the Caribbean @ the Box Office, and as for books: The new Hoodoo, Midnight Breed, Anita Blake, Cassie Palmer & final Dark Days novel in June, and the next Three Worlds and Dresden Files in July. 🙂

    An advanced of copy of Black Heart Loa! YES! YES! YES! I loved Black Dust Mambo! I really wish I could have seen the wet boxers contest in real life but instead I let my imagination run wild.
    I am looking forward to a lot of different things this summer, Pirates for sure, but also Haven, Eureka and Tru Blood and the very last Harry Potter! It is gonna be a fun filled summer!

    movies…well, since i am resident geek, it’s gotta be Harry, Green Lantern, Pirates is gonna be nice, Captain America

    tv…True Blood (going thru withdrawls here!!!)

    books…too damn many but topping the list is definitely news on both my boys, layne and dante…i know, i have to wait on news of my favorite ragin’ cajun…but i can dream, can’t i? *winks*

    As for a movie I am looking forward to? There are several. These next two months alone are a comic book readers dream (even if I don’t read comics any longer). But probably I would have to say Conan. The original really was a staple of 80’s action films, so I can’t wait to see how that translates into this new one.
